Accessing and Using This Website

Last updated: October 2026
Eddapp Tree Service wants eddapp.quest to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach to website access. It is a general template and should not be read as legal advice.
The Standard We Work Toward
Our aim is a website that as many people as possible can use. We work toward Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, or WCAG 2.1. These guidelines are a widely used standard for website accessibility.
How We Support Access
Our accessibility aims include:
- Clear headings with pages arranged in a logical order
- Text alternatives for images that convey meaning
- Readable text with suitable color contrast
- Features that can be used with a keyboard alone
- Pages suited to phones, tablets and computers
- Plain wording that is easy to understand
- Clear labels for form fields
Areas That May Need Work
Some website features may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, including embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We check the website periodically and address issues we identify.
Another Way to Get Help
Difficulty using the website does not prevent you from seeking help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or send a message to contact@eddapp.quest. We will do our part to assist you.
Tell Us About an Access Problem
We welcome comments about website accessibility. In an email to contact@eddapp.quest, please describe:
- The page or feature that caused difficulty
- What occurred and what you expected instead
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if known
We will review your message and aim to respond within a few business days.
Keeping Access in Mind
Improving accessibility takes ongoing work. As the website changes, we will continue to consider access and make improvements.
Request a callback
Tell us what needs attention and where. Request a callback to check provider availability, or use the request form to seek an estimate.
