Eddapp Tree Service wants homeowners to receive fair and honest treatment when contacting this service. Tell us when something goes wrong. This page sets out how to make a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Bring to Us

You may raise concerns about:

  • Your experience reaching Eddapp Tree Service by phone or another contact method
  • The handling of your personal information
  • Website information that seems incorrect or unclear
  • The conduct of a provider you reached through our service

Problems With a Provider's Work

Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with work at your property, usually start by discussing it with the provider. Keep a written record of that discussion.

Please also tell us what happened. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Repeated shortcomings may result in a provider's removal. Eddapp Tree Service cannot resolve contract disputes, refund payments for provider work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

Details to Include

Send your complaint to contact@eddapp.quest. Please provide:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you reached us or the provider
  • Which phone number or form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if available
  • An explanation of the problem and the action you want us to take

Our Review Process

We will send an email acknowledging your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will examine what happened and may contact the provider as part of that review. We will then explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Review

If our response does not address your concern, reply and request another look. You can also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state or local licensing office may be able to assist with concerns involving licensed contractors.
