What Happens When You Request Help

Eddapp Tree Service is a referral and marketing service connecting homeowners with independent tree removal providers. Tree removal, emergency or storm tree work, stump grinding, trimming and other tree services are not performed by Eddapp Tree Service.

A call through this website or a submitted form may be directed to an independent provider or a marketing partner working with providers in your area.

Payments for Connections

Providers or marketing partners may pay Eddapp Tree Service for calls, form submissions or other referrals. Whether a call is answered or how long it lasts may affect payment. We may receive payment even when you choose not to hire the provider.

These payments do not alter the price the provider charges you. For agreed work, you pay the provider directly at prices set by that provider.

Separate Businesses, Separate Responsibilities

Providers operate independently. They are not employees, agents or partners of Eddapp Tree Service. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, prices and terms
• Work quality, safety and timing
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• Its communication and conduct toward you

A connection through this service does not endorse the provider's work. Our compensation arrangements mean that which provider you reach may depend on who participates in our network at that time.

You Decide Whom to Hire

A referral creates no obligation to hire that provider. Before deciding, ask questions, check insurance and request a written quote. We also encourage you to compare quotes from other providers so you can review the proposed work and price.

Call Tracking and Recording

Calls placed through this website may be tracked. Some may also be recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
