Understand Our Role Before You Start

Last updated: October 2026

Read this disclaimer before using eddapp.quest. It serves as a general template and does not provide legal advice.

Referrals Are Our Role

Eddapp Tree Service connects homeowners with independent tree removal providers through a referral and marketing service. Cutting trees, removing fallen trees, grinding stumps and trimming branches are not work we perform. An independent provider carries out any work on your property.

An Introduction Is Not an Endorsement

A referral does not endorse a provider. We offer no warranty about work quality, timing, price or results, or about provider availability in your area at any particular time. Providers bear responsibility for their own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Information Has Limits

Website content is general information, not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Trees and properties differ, so guidance suited to one situation may not fit another. Discuss your circumstances with a qualified provider.

Treat Prices as Planning Figures

Listed costs represent typical U.S. ranges rather than quotes. Actual prices depend on the job, location, tree size, access and other factors. Obtain a written quote from the provider before work starts.

Check Coverage With Your Insurer

Insurance information here is general. We cannot determine whether your policy covers a loss. Your policy and your insurer's decision determine coverage. Direct coverage questions to your insurer or insurance agent.

Keep Clear of Hazards

Tree work and fallen trees may involve power lines, falling wood or damaged structures. Avoid putting yourself in danger. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. Contact local emergency services first when life or safety is at risk.

Payment for Referrals

Providers or marketing partners may pay Eddapp Tree Service for connecting them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains these arrangements in more detail.

Accuracy of Website Content

We try to maintain accurate, current information. However, we provide no warranty that the content is complete or without errors.
